Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Compliance, based in Limbe, with flexibility to work from home as needed. The Director of Compliance will oversee and implement compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal requirements. Additional responsibilities include leading compliance initiatives, conducting risk assessments, providing recommendations on best practices, and collaborating with various teams to align compliance strategies with organizational goals. The role also involves monitoring and managing financial and legal compliance measures to maintain ethical business operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and understanding of legal requirements.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess risks, evaluate data, and develop actionable compliance strategies.
- Knowledge and expertise in Legal Compliance and Finance to ensure adherence to financial and legal standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required; a master's degree or professional certifications in compliance or risk management is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of local and international compliance regulations and standards.
