The Western Cape Government is looking for an individual with a organisational design background who is able to strategically provide, enable and support departmental functional capacity improvements through strategic organisation design initiatives. The role is also responsible for overseeing complex projects with specific emphasis on process modelling and organisational re-engineering. The person must have an understanding in using AI in optimising OD practices.
