Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales of Personal Loan products by identifying and approaching prospective customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective cross-selling and customer engagement activities.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction and overall experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, pipeline status, and target achievement.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, terms, and conditions to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings, providing feedback and recommendations to support product and service enhancements.
  • Adhere to all departmental policies, operational procedures, and internal controls while carrying out daily responsibilities.
  • Support the smooth execution of daily sales activities and contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, banking regulations, anti-money laundering standards, and internal governance policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
  • 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales, banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
