This is an on-site position based in Round Rock, TX. It is not a remote role.
To be successful in this position, you’ll need to be able to commute to our office regularly and be actively involved in field inspections, meetings with adjusters, and project oversight throughout the Austin area.
We are seeking an experienced estimator/project supervisor with a strong background in insurance restoration and Direct Repair Programs (DRP’s). This is a senior level role for someone who can take ownership of claims, manage relationships professionally, and drive projects from initial inspection through final payment.
If you have experience with programs such as Contractor Connection, Sedgwick, AccuServ, Lionsbridge, Roof Marketplace, or similar insurance networks — and you know how to effectively manage a claim from start to finish–we would love to talk with you.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of insurance claims from inspection through final payment
- Write accurate, defensible estimates in Xactimate
- Identify missed scope and successfully pursue supplements
- Meet with adjusters and represent scope professionally
- Manage projects across roofing, exterior, and interior restoration
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure successful project completion
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and vendor networks
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced Xactimate user (Level 3 preferred)
- Experience working in Direct Repair Programs (DRP) / insurance vendor networks
- Strong understanding of insurance restoration, scope development, and documentation
- Ability to climb roofs and perform field inspections
- Comfortable with technology, software, and digital tools
- Strong communicator with both customers and adjusters
- Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented

Pay: $75,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
