DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER
(FULL TIME) Location: LAGOS
Learn Africa Plc, Nigeria's foremost learning resource company, is seeking an innovative and experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the development and growth of its digital education products and platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Driving product strategy and overseeing digital product delivery.
• Translating customer needs into scalable and effective solutions.
• Collaborating with editorial, sales, marketing, and technology teams to deliver impactful learning experiences.
• Leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance product innovation.
• Improving operational efficiency through the effective application of AI-driven tools and solutions.
• Developing smarter, more engaging learning products and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive the digital product strategy and roadmap.
• Translate customer and business needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Work with editorial, sales, marketing and technology teams to deliver high-impact products.
• Monitor product performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and integrate AI-powered tools and technologies to improve product development, user experience, content delivery, and business processes.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience in product management, EdTech, SaaS, media technology, e-commerce, or digital product delivery.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and user-centred design.
• Experience with product management and analytics tools is an advantage.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, trends, and their practical application in digital product management and educational technology is essential.
Candidates should be able to leverage AI to drive innovation, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experience.
