The Rol
eThis position, reports to the Assessing Manager and is based at our offices in Bryanston. This role involves providing technical support, delivering high-quality service, and compiling accurate digital assessment requests. You will also be tasked with leveraging digital tools and technologies to enhance the assessment process, ensuring superior client service and adherence to Prime values
.
Main responsibilities of a Digital Motor Assesso
- r:Monitor and negotiate with suppliers to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs
- ).Build and maintain professional relationships with MBRs and other key stakeholder
- s.Utilize smart repair technology and digital tools to assess vehicle damage and determine repair or replacement need
- s.Apply digital assessment platforms to compile and manage high-quality, accurate digital assessment request
- s.Leverage Abuntex software for accurate repair evaluations and cost management (expert level preferred
- ).Normalize cost ratios and manage average repair cost
- s.Evaluate and make decisions on repair versus replacement option
- s.Assess alternative parts utilization, including CAP, used, and refurbished parts, and understand sourcing method
- s.Maintain knowledge of paint labour and parts rati
- o.Handle administrative tasks related to assessment and repair processe
- s.Negotiate integrated repairs and manage discrepancies between quotations and Final Repair Costs (FRC
