We are hiring a Digital & Media Marketing Lead to drive brand visibility, client acquisition, and strategic growth across digital platforms. To position the facility's digital presence—where every piece of content, campaign, and communication reflects premium standards and drives measurable revenue.

This is not a content posting role.

This is brand-building, demand creation, and performance-driven execution.

✅ What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Developing and executing digital strategies that increase visibility, bookings, and brand authority

• Driving organic growth through SEO, content, and high-performing digital campaigns

• Creating and overseeing premium-quality content across all platforms (visuals, video, copy)

• Managing email marketing, newsletters, and client communication flows

• Building and executing strategic B2B and B2C partnerships and co-branded campaigns

• Managing social media platforms with a focus on engagement, positioning, and conversion

• Tracking performance metrics and optimising campaigns based on data

• Every output reflects a refined, consistent, and premium aesthetic

✅ Performance Expectations (KPIs)

• Consistent growth in organic traffic and search visibility

• Strong conversion from digital channels to bookings and inquiries

• Email performance: Open rate ≥ 25%, CTR ≥ 5%

• Measurable ROI from B2B & B2C partnerships and campaigns

• Growth in qualified audience, engagement, and brand authority

• Zero brand or compliance violations

• Accurate, timely reporting

✅ Compensation & Structure

• Base Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦450,000 (based on experience)

Performance Bonus tied to:

• Growth in bookings from digital channels

• SEO and traffic performance

• Campaign ROI (including B2C & B2B)

• Email and content performance
