Position outputs

- Interactive Catalogues: Digital brochures with clickable links and navigation for easy product browsing.
- Animations & Short Videos: Moving infographics, intro sequences, and basic edited video clips for campaigns.
- Print-Ready Files: Finalised designs for brochures, posters, and event signage, correctly set up for professional printers.
- Presentation Decks: Polished slides for sales pitches and internal business meetings.
- On-Brand Templates: A library of "ready-made" templates to ensure all team documents follow the Barloworld and Caterpillar rules.
- Organised Media Archive: A tidy, easy-to-search system for all project files and company images.
Qualification, Experience And Competencies
- Diploma or degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
- Advantageous: Post graduate degree in marketing, communications or psychology.
Work Experience Essential:
- Two to Four years of experience in multimedia or graphic design, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and design principles across print and digital.
- Basic understanding of motion design and video editing (advantageous).
- Knowledge of digital content trends and UI/UX fundamentals is a plus.
