Role Description The Digital Marketing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This position oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and drive engagement across online channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, coordinating online advertising, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The supervisor collaborates with internal teams and external partners to develop content, plan promotions, and enhance the customer journey across web and mobile touchpoints. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and digital best practices to inform strategy and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual digital marketing strategy and campaign plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimise digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and maximise campaign ROI.
  • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the Creative, E-commerce, Sales, and Brand teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all digital channels.
  • Lead SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
  • Supervise the digital marketing team and coordinate with external agencies to ensure the successful execution of all campaigns.
  • Support online sales growth and continuously optimize the customer journey and conversion performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Mandatory experience managing digital marketing campaigns targeting GCC markets.
  • Previous experience in Retail, FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty, Luxury Retail, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Proven experience in developing digital marketing plans, managing performance campaigns, and analyzing campaign results.
  • Good command of English.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
