🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute our full marketing engine — from content creation to paid campaigns and automation workflows.

This role is hands-on and impact-focused, directly contributing to lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Content & Social Media
  • Create and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Plan and schedule content calendars
  • Drive employee-generated content (EGC) with internal team

  • 📊 Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)
  • Launch and manage campaigns on:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search & Shopping)
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions
  • Monitor CAC, CTR, and ROI

  • 🔄 Marketing Automation & Workflows
  • Build automated workflows for:
  • Product uploads to website (from supplier data / sheets)
  • Lead capture and qualification (forms, landing pages, CRM)
  • Integrate tools like:
  • CRM systems
  • Email marketing tools
  • Automation platforms (e.g., n8n)
  • 📈 Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
  • Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns
  • Improve conversion rates from visitor → lead → customer
  • Analyze user behavior and continuously improve funnel performance

  • 🎯 KPIs (What Success Looks Like)
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Cost per lead (CPL) and CAC
  • Website conversion rate
  • SEO ranking improvements

🧠 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing only
  • 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
