Accountabilities & Key Roles:
- Develop and execute the digital marketing activities in alignment with the overall branding, marketing, and communication strategy.
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support brand-building, product launches, tactical offers, sponsorships, activations, and corporate communication activities.
- Handle the Bank’s digital presence across digital channels, including the website, social media platforms, and any other digital touchpoint.
- Manage content planning and publishing across digital channels, ensuring consistency of messaging, visual identity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, audience behavior, and market trends, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate paid digital media activities with media agency and monitor campaign performance to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support the digital amplification of activations, sponsorship, and corporate events through content development and digital channel management.
- Ensure compliance with brand governance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies across all digital marketing activities.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Monitoring, and optimize the budget to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Prepare regular digital marketing reports and presentations highlighting campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations.
Job Requirements :
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, google analytics and ads or related areas (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, digital communications or related roles.
- Experience within a marketing agency, media agency, digital agency or corporate marketing environment
- Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns.
