We are seeking a talented marketing director to join our team You'll be responsible for building revenue and customer loyalty through digital channels, focuses on the strategic planning and execution of online campaigns specifically designed to grow a brand's gift card, digital gaming, and gaming accessories.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategy.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels, including organic and paid, and display advertising, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
- Measure and report on KPIs and ROI, using data-driven insights from tools like Google Analytics, Branch.io as any similar tool.
- Plan and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of digital marketing specialists.
- Cooperate with all the responsible departments to ensure digital efforts align with broader company goals and provide a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience same position
- A Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field is standard.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Branch.io and, marketing automation tools like Customer.io or any similar.
- Ability to analyse data sets for strategic decisions and improve market segment growth.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting strategies to stakeholders and leading teams is a mandatory.
