Role Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to support the company’s digital presence and communication activities across sustainability and carbon markets.

The role focuses on managing digital channels, developing professional content, and supporting campaigns that strengthen the company’s visibility and industry positioning.

The candidate will work closely with the Business Development and Communications functions to ensure digital content and campaigns support the company’s market engagement and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Management

* Manage and maintain the company’s presence across digital channels (primarily LinkedIn and website).

* Plan and publish professional content aligned with the company’s positioning in sustainability and carbon markets.

* Support digital campaigns and communication initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility.

Content Development

* Draft and coordinate content including posts, articles, announcements, and campaign materials.

* Support preparation of case studies, company updates, and thought-leadership materials.

* Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across digital platforms.

Website & Digital Content

* Coordinate updates and improvements to website content.

* Support development of landing pages, articles, and digital resources related to company services and activities.

Campaign Support

* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns related to industry events, partnerships, and company initiatives.

* Support webinar promotion, announcements, and digital outreach activities.

Social Media & Community Engagement

* Monitor engagement across digital channels and support responses or interactions where appropriate.

* Track performance of digital posts and campaigns and share insights with the team.

Coordination with Internal Teams

* Work closely with the Business Development team to support marketing materials used in client engagement.

* Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to produce visual assets for campaigns and posts.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management.

* Strong English writing and editing skills (professional business writing).

* Experience managing LinkedIn business pages and professional content.

* Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar).

* Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, content strategy, and campaign planning.

* Strong organizational and coordination skills.

* Experience working in sustainability, climate, ESG, consulting, or professional services sectors.

* Experience supporting webinars, campaigns, or thought-leadership content.

* Familiarity with marketing tools (email marketing platforms, analytics tools, scheduling tools).
