Vos Challenges
Project Initiation & Planning
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support the development of project timelines and budgets.
- Contribute to creating communication channels for project updates.
Project Leadership & Management
- Support the project team in day-to-day activities and track task progress.
- Assist in organizing meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
Budget, Timeline & Resource Management
- Help to track project costs and timelines under the supervision of senior managers.
- Assist in managing resource allocation and task distribution.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Prepare status updates for stakeholders and help maintain communication channels.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for clients and leadership.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Help to track and document project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
Product Management & Enhancement
- Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements.
- Support senior product managers in defining product roadmaps.
- Contribute to product lifecycle activities by coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Work with product managers to prioritize product features.
Votre Profil
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or product management support roles.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
