We are looking for an energetic Digital Director to be responsible for our digital marketing efforts. You should be able to guide the team members in developing and implementing digital promotional strategies. Besides, you should also ensure that all digital marketing activities are carried out within the assigned budget. 

As a Digital Director, you will also be responsible for communicating with clients and understanding their requirements. Moreover, you should be able to coordinate with the Digital Strategist in developing ideas for improved online traffic. 

To perform in this job role, you should have complete knowledge of digital marketing techniques and technologies. Furthermore, you should be familiar with various digital platforms and the functionality of the same. Your ability to think strategically and creatively will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities 

Developing and implementing strategies for various digital platforms 

Ensuring that the digital strategies adhere to the budget requirements 

Monitoring the progress of various digital plans, marketing metrics, and suggesting improvements 

Keeping a track on the functioning of various digital applications and tools 

Coordinating with the Digital Strategist in generating ideas for improved online traffic 

Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and developments 

Ensuring that the brand’s voice and objectives is consistent across all platforms 

Communicating with clients to understand their digital marketing needs and requirements 

Reviewing digital content before publication 

Requirements 

Master’s/PhD degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, or a related field 

10+ years of experience as a Digital Director, Digital Strategist, or a similar role in the Marketing department 

Complete knowledge of digital marketing techniques, tools, and technologies 

Familiarity with various digital platforms that cover social media, service-oriented, and knowledge-based channels 

Understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and CRM software 

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 

Good time management and organizational skills 

Strong leadership skills 

Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual 

Ability to handle stressful situations and strict deadlines
