BRANDEYE.AM IS HIRING — DIGITAL DESIGNER, CAPE TOWN
BRANDEYE.AM, a growing full-service digital agency, is looking for a full-time digital designer to join our team in Cape Town.
START DATE: 4th MAY 2026
The Roll:
Design across Adobe, Web, Email, Canva. Creating logos, mini-magazines, wireframes, email automations etc. You must be willing to get your hands dirty and actually implement your designs in these various tools — Not a job for someone who’d prefer to sit in an Adobe Ivory Tower <3 If you don’t know how to work across some of these tools, then our head of design, Lisa, the most delightful late-20’s dreamboat with the heart of Princess Diana and the mind of Spok, will teach you.
The Brands:
We have a large portfolio of dental practices and academies, but there’s also some delicious interior design, wholesome food and SASS creator platforms thrown in there. Teeth keep food on the table, and other brands keep the spice in our lives.
The Culture:
We’re humans, not robots. If I can see you’re putting in the time and getting the work done, I don’t mind if you need an extra wfh day or you’d prefer to shift your working hours to hit that 90-minute gym sesh over lunch. We’re also open-minded and accepting. This is an LGBTIQ+ friendly, radically accepting space where many different viewpoints find balance; it’s all love, after all. (Keep it professional for the dentists, though, okay xD).
The Compensation:
+/- R22,000/pm CTC

🛫One international company vacation a year if we hit profit targets (this year we’re going to Thailand, last year was Zanzibar teehee). You’ll unfortunately miss this year, but there’s always next!
💰Yearly pay increases in line with your experience and performance.
🏝️15 – 20 Paid vacation days a year (If we can afford to give you the extra days, we will)
🐶 Office dog – a necessity
The Schedule:
⏰ 9am – 5pm.
🏡 Mon, Tue, Thur in office; our cosy home office in Vredehoek (seen in video). Wed, Fri = WFH.

You are a kind, talented and tasteful creative. You’re a critical thinker who takes initiative. You’re (a little) obsessive and won’t stop until a task is over the line. Things change fast in this industry, and you never stop learning.
You’re a junior, but you were probably top of your class, and are sick of being underpaid because you only have 1-2 years of experience, or you’re even fresh out of uni!
You’re willing to put in the effort and time to grow, and you’re not expecting a free ride.
You’re probably a bit of a nerd, to be cringe is to be free.
