SUMMARY:
The Quality Support Technician is primarily responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles according to company standards or preferences based on customer specifications. The Quality Support Technician is also responsible for providing clear communication and excellent customer service to the client. Sound like you? Apply today!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleaning the exterior and interior of car that meets with customer requests and company standards
- Operating equipment such as buffers, hoses, vacuums, steamers, etc. in accordance with company policy to ensure safety
- Inspect interior and exterior of vehicle for damage
- Apply wax, polish, or masking materials to vehicles to protect or restore the outside of vehicle
- Driving and parking vehicle to desired location
- Managing and repurchasing inventory of items needed
- Maintaining files of clients and what service was done to vehicle in an organized fashion
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and respond to any requested inquiry
- Complete job in a timely manner in an effort to meet customer expectations of receipt of vehicle after the repair is completed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Prior detailing experience in automotive industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal communication and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
