GOTO Group is partnering with a well-established UK-based organization to recruit two Desktop Publishers on a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting 1 July 2026.
This role sits within a collaborative production team responsible for delivering high-quality, accurate, and visually consistent documentation for a digital platform used by a wide client base. You’ll play a key role in ensuring content is presented to a high standard, following strict brand and formatting guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and format documents using Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on InDesign
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines
- Manage multiple requests and deadlines in a structured workflow environment
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and engage with clients where required
- Track and manage work using CRM or ticketing systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Desktop Publishing role
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign
- Additional creative tools/platform experience advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Experience working with CRM or ticketing systems is beneficial
- Collaborative, personable, and adaptable approach
Working Details
- Location: Foreshore, Cape Town
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (UK hours)
- Salary: Approx. R35,000 per month DOE
