As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Deputy Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (Deputy QPPV) to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the QPPV in maintaining an effective Pharmacovigilance System.
• Act as Deputy QPPV whenever delegated.
• Ensure compliance with the Guidelines on Good Vigilance Practice (GVP) in Egypt for Pharmaceutical Products, EDA requirements, and other applicable international pharmacovigilance requirements
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of PSMF, Risk Management Plans, Aggregate Reports and other PV documentation.
• Review Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
• Support internal audits, inspections, CAPA implementation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Deliver and support pharmacovigilance training activities.
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medicine
✔ 3+ years of hands-on Pharmacovigilance experience
✔ Recognized Pharmacovigilance training certificates are mandatory
✔Strong knowledge of the Egyptian pharmacovigilance regulatory framework and applicable international pharmacovigilance requirements
✔Experience with Medical Device Vigilance activities is preferred
✔ Experience with safety databases and PV documentation is highly desirable
✔ Excellent communication and English language skills
✔ Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
