St Cyprian’s School is seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Preparatory School as Deputy Head:
Academic in January 2027. This is an opportunity for a thoughtful, future-focused leader to help shape an academic environment where excellence and humanity walk hand in hand.
We are looking for someone who understands that academic leadership is not merely about timetables, assessments, and data dashboards (though yes… those matter too). It is about creating the conditions in which both children and educators can flourish.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Preparatory School to lead and strengthen the academic life of Grades 1–7, while contributing meaningfully to the broader strategic and cultural direction of the school.
