Depot Manager Jobs in Port Elizabeth at Henties Juices
Finance/Admin:
- Responsible for budgets at the branch
- Review petty cash expenses monthly
- Oversee customer collections
- Responsible for profitability of the branch
HR:
- Responsible for all staff enquiries
- Handle all disciplinary action
- Communicate important information to the staff
- Welcome new staff and do the on-boarding procedure
- Complete performance appraisals every 6 months
- Manage staff’s capacity and productivity
- Identify training needs
- Ensure that all systems put in place by department heads, are followed
Operations:
- Ensure that all insurance claims are sent to Head Office on time and accurately
- Monthly meeting with Labour outsource company
- Ensure that alarm and security at the premises are in order and efficient
- Oversee dispatch / receiving / loading of trucks / stock rotation & stock on hand
- Run morning Ops meeting and ensure that all info is 100% accurate
Sales:
- Ensure the sales representatives receive sales reports as needed
- Manage free stock and samples
- Assist the sales representatives in the trade when needed
- Assist with customer queries when needed

Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters
Resilience under pressure and adaptability to changing priorities
Strong follow-up and monitoring ability
Customer service orientation for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related.
Experience:
3–5 years’ experience in Depot / related management.
Experience in handling compliance documentation will be advantageous.
Prior exposure to FMCG or manufacturing industry preferred.
