Job Title: Dental Patient Coordinator (Full-Time)
Hourly Pay Scale: $25.00 – $33.00 (depending on experience)
Location: This is a dual-location role. The standard weekly schedule is three days in our Camarillo office and two days in our Agoura Hills office. Applicants must be able to commute to both sites.

This position is ideal for someone who can multitask, be a strong team player, and has a high level of comfort with customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments.
- Verifying insurance benefits.
- Preparing and discussing dental treatment plans.
- Making solid financial arrangements with patients.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of prior dental office experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus!
