Luminary Dental is a brand-new, family-owned private practice opening in Cocoa, Florida, and we’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who wants more than just another job. We’re building a modern, patient-first practice from day one, and the right person will help shape the culture, the experience, and the future of our office.

About the Practice We’re a privately owned, non-corporate office with updated technology, a supportive team, and a clear vision: deliver exceptional, personalized care in a welcoming environment. As an early hire, you’ll have a real voice in how we grow.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Florida Dental Hygienist license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Dependable, personable, and team-oriented
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Local anesthesia certification is a plus
Schedule Full-Time:
- Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits
- $40 to $46 per hour, based on experience
