Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of product features and releases, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.
- Ensure sprint commitments are met with strong delivery predictability and minimal variance.
- Apply and enforce Agile principles and practices across teams.
- Facilitate team workflows and ensure smooth execution of all Agile ceremonies.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, and take proactive actions to resolve them.
- Track, analyze, and report delivery metrics such as velocity, predictability, and cycle time.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
- Manage priorities and ensure proper backlog readiness and clarity.
- Continuously improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency.
- Support and enable teams to achieve high performance and maintain a sustainable pace.
- Act as the communication bridge between stakeholders and the development team.
- Ensure transparency in delivery progress, risks, and challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in software development environments is a must.
- 1–2 years of experience in delivery management, Agile coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, QA, Product).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira or similar.
- Strong ability to manage priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
- Good understanding of engineering workflows and team dynamics.
