Tropical Spas is Southern Utah’s premier hot tub and swim spa dealership, proudly representing Bullfrog Spas. We are looking for a dependable, physically capable, and customer-focused Delivery Driver / Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for safely delivering hot tubs and swim spas, coordinating delivery logistics, managing delivery equipment, and creating an exceptional customer experience during one of the most important moments in the customer journey—the day they receive their spa.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate delivery schedules with the Service Manager and Sales Team
- Safely transport hot tubs, swim spas, and related products to customer locations
- Perform pre-delivery site inspections to verify access, placement, and installation requirements
- Conduct electrical and site readiness verification before delivery
- Complete customer startup walkthroughs and basic operational orientation
- Coordinate crane-assisted deliveries when necessary
- Assist with removal, trade-in, and haul-away of existing spas
- Operate and maintain delivery trucks, trailers, spa sleds, dollies, straps, lifting equipment, and other delivery tools
- Ensure all equipment is maintained, organized, and ready for use
- Communicate effectively with customers before, during, and after delivery
- Represent Tropical Spas professionally and provide outstanding customer service

- Proper care and maintenance of vehicles and equipment

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and maneuver heavy products with a team
- Strong problem-solving and spatial reasoning skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player
Preferred Experience
- Delivery, moving, transportation, construction, or logistics experience
- Trailer towing experience
- Forklift operation experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Crane coordination or rigging experience is a plus
- Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other trade experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, push, and pull heavy equipment
- Ability to work on uneven terrain, stairs, and tight access areas
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round

Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
