Job Title: Detailer / Deburring Technician
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Detailer / Deburring Technician with 2-3 years of experience working with machined parts. The ideal candidate will have experience deburring, polishing, and detailing precision components made from aluminum, stainless steel, and plastic materials.
Responsibilities:
- Deburr and detail machined parts to customer and quality specifications
- Polish and finish aluminum, stainless steel, and plastic components
- Use hand tools, air tools, grinders, files, and polishing equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect parts for sharp edges, surface defects, and cosmetic quality
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and drawings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with machinists and quality control to ensure finished part quality
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in deburring, detailing, or polishing machined parts
- Experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, and plastic materials
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to use measuring tools and hand finishing equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with surface finish requirements and cosmetic standards
