Euro DIY, a leading hardware distribution company, is seeking a target-driven and proactive Debtors Manager with proven experience in collections and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the debtors team to achieve monthly collection targets.
- Drive productivity and improve collections performance.
- Monitor debtors ageing, credit limits, and customer accounts.
- Resolve account queries and ensure timely collections.
- Prepare debtors reports and support cash flow management.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ debtors management experience.
- Strong collections and credit control knowledge.
- Proven ability to manage a team and meet targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Experience working on Sage accounting software (essential).
- Highly organised, proactive, and results-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R13 000,00 – R15 000,00 per month
