What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full daily ledger to keep all customer accounts current.
- Execute detailed daily reconciliations to ensure complete financial data integrity.
- Perform firm outbound calls to resolve outstanding client payment queries quickly.
- Build strong professional client relationships to ease the daily collection process.
- Maintain the general ledger and perform essential trial balance daily entries.
Experience & Qualifications
- You need three years of proven accounts receivable experience today.
- You must clearly perform complex daily reconciliations up to trial balance.
- You must show strong daily proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- You must possess a firm but professional telephone collection communication manner.
- You must easily commute daily to the active Nigel office space.
