In this hybrid Debtors & Creditors Clerk role, you'll play a key part in maintaining the financial health of a sizeable property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include managing collections, allocations, arrears processes, reconciliations, supplier invoices, payment runs, and month-end support while ensuring a high level of accuracy and service delivery. The role offers exposure to a multi-asset property portfolio, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership of their work.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and bring 2–4 years' experience within the property sector. Experience using WeconnectU and SAGE is a non-negotiable, along with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the confidence to engage professionally with tenants, suppliers, and stakeholders. Reliable transport is required for this Helderberg region-based opportunity.
