Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Debtors Clerk, located in Centurion. The Debtors Clerk will be responsible for managing debtor accounts, processing invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring compliance with credit control policies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing debt-related reports, and engaging in debt collection processes while providing excellent service to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Debtors management, Credit Control, and Debt Collection
- Solid background in Finance and financial record-keeping
- Proficient Computer Literacy, including experience with financial software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Relevant certification or qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is desirable
