Compile documents for court applications to Magistrate courts or the National Consumer Tribunal
Communicating with clients, creditors and correspondent attorneys.
Prepping of files for court appearances
Ensuring court process’ are adhered to
Reporting to Legal Department on any requirements by magistrate courts
Reporting to Legal Department of any outstanding documentation required for court
Attending to emails within required time frames
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R6 000,00 – R12 000,00 per month
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
