Full Job Description
The Role
An exciting environment to create true and long lasting change for our clients through the most stressful time of their lives. This role is critical to assist and guide our clients from being over indebted to a financially stable position though clear engagement with both them and their credit providers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage all relevant stakeholders through the first 60 days of our clients debt review process.
- Maintain full NCR compliance requirements throughout the onboarding process of each client
- Manage a growing client base and assist in highly detailed and complex issues throughout the start of their debt review
RDC –
- Maintain and manage a great experience for our clients for a fixed period making sure that they can
- Make consistent payment
- Understand all aspects of debt review
- Provide full documentation requirements etc
NDC –
- Strong Negotiations ability to manage complex and multiple stakeholder
- engagement in order to create a mutually beneficial solution to both CPs and Clients
- Create long term budgeting solutions to clients
- Look to find solutions in the most difficult cases where others can not.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric/university graduate
- Certified Debt counsellor certificate Required
- Previously/currently a registered Debt Counselor adv
- RDC – Adv Experience in dealing with Credit Providers
- NDC – Previous experience in creating and sending proposals (Required)
- Experience in debt counseling advantages
- Clear criminal and credit records
