Debt Collector Agent Jobs in Atlantis at Lewis Group Head Office
- To obtain profiles of defaulting customers from the Manager and call on those with the aim of obtaining all the arrears on the account.
- To be equipped with the "Collectors Kit" in order to have the correct documentation at hand to take action when at the customer’s home or workplace.
- To always wear company uniform and be dressed in a neat and tidy manner.
- To identify oneself and the company to the customer and deal with them in a friendly manner
- To always make arrangements with customers who are in arrears for an increased instalment to liquidate the arrears.
- To ensure the customer signs the BL7 (increased instalment arrangement) letter and hand it to the Manager on return to the shop.
