Debi-Check Consultant Jobs in Sandton at Clientele
The purpose of the Debi-Check Consultant is to inform clients about the Debi check mandate not approved on the policies they have taken up.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Exceeding a minimum phone time of 3 hours 30 minutes daily and 70% monthly.
- Exceeding a minimum call quality of 80% on all calls made.
- Meeting KMF’s as set out by Line Manager.: performance needs to be above 85% monthly.
- Reselling policy benefits to the client and know how to handle objections.
- Ensuring that all details are captured accurately and successfully retrieve a mandate from a client.
- Following the required scripts from A – Z as it has been scripted.
Qualification and Skill Requirements:
- Matric
- Computer Literate
- Previous Sales Experience an advantage
- Dialer experience and call centre background
- Able to speak more than one language an advantage
