POSITION INFO:
An established and forward‑thinking insurance organisation is looking for an experienced Data Manager to lead analytics and reporting capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, shape data‑driven strategy, and make a visible impact on business performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage insurance analytics and reporting outputs
- Translate data into actionable business insights, not just reports
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance across reporting frameworks
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing data team
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, or similar
- 4–7 years’ experience in analytics and reporting within the insurance industry
- Strong SQL capability
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- High attention to detail and strong stakeholder engagement skills
