Role Overview
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for assisting the Implementation Team in onboarding data into various platforms. In this role, you will analyze and interpret data to meet the accounting needs of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Abstract, interpret, input, and analyze information in accordance with best practices for the company's suite of products
- Meet or exceed daily production goals with a high degree of accuracy
- Identify and communicate discrepancies and raise any questions for clients and lease accounting specialists as needed
- Demonstrate ability and willingness to adapt to changing requirements and projects
- Maintain a detailed and organized storage system for lease information to ensure data entries are complete and accurate
- Work and communicate effectively with other team members
- Conduct all business by company policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous data entry experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Gmail, and Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Reliable time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities and work independently with limited direction
