The Role: Data is the fuel for frontier AI. You will be responsible for building the Fabric Data Management Layer, transforming fragmented historical data into a unified, high-performance data mesh.
The AI Mindset: You build data pipelines not just for historical reporting, but for predictive modeling. You understand that poorly structured data creates poor AI, and you are obsessed with building clean, automated Medallion architectures that make our data "AI-ready."
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the Microsoft Fabric Environment and Medallion architecture.
- Extract, replicate, and transform data from legacy systems like Acumatica and Payspace into the Fabric data warehouse.
- Create integration paths to support dual systems during months of transition.
- Ensure the data architecture supports real-time querying for Copilot and other generative AI agents.
