Job Description
We’re looking for part-time, independent contractors to join our team as Data Capturers.

Responsibilities
- Capture client details throughout their journey to ensure accurate records and smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate with the team to keep processes running seamlessly and provide clients with timely, clear feedback.
- Manage the central mailbox, ensuring all communications are tracked and responded to efficiently.
- Assist with follow-ups and weekly reports, supporting the team in maintaining accountability and progress visibility.
Qualifications
- A post-secondary qualification.
- Experience in customer service and admin roles.
- Great communication skills and Microsoft Office know-how.
- A team spirit and a knack for getting things done.
- Reliable transport and the ability to work from the Stellenbosch office occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude.
