Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather data from primary and secondary sources, remove duplicates, and ensure data quality.
- Data Analysis: Use statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Reporting and Visualization: Create dashboards, charts, and reports to present insights to management and stakeholders.
- Decision Support: Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations that inform business strategies.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, finance, and IT, to understand data needs and support projects.
- Monitoring and Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the success of initiatives.
- Documentation: Maintain records of data processes and analysis methods for reproducibility and compliance.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros), SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience: Entry-level positions may require minimal experience, while senior roles often require 3–6 years of experience handling complex datasets and providing actionable insights.
- Certifications: Optional certifications in Data Analytics, SQL, Python, or Tableau can enhance employability.
