Role Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst for a contract, on-site position based in Accra. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to support business decision-making. This includes designing data models, developing insightful reports, identifying trends, and effectively communicating data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. The role will also involve ensuring data accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging statistical methods to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and handling large datasets
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Statistics to interpret and visualize data effectively
- Exceptional Communication skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or relevant business intelligence software
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with AI-based data platforms or knowledge of the emerging markets landscape is a plus
