What you’ll do:
- Join Sisal Loterie Maroc in Casablanca, reporting directly to the General Manager.
- Drive data-driven decision making by collecting, structuring, and analyzing sales and business data.
- Identify trends, seasonality patterns, and performance drivers to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze key sales KPIs (turnover, volumes, margins, channel performance).
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (daily/weekly/monthly performance tracking).
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support commercial, marketing, and strategic decisions.
- Develop sales forecasts and performance scenarios.
- Identify sales optimization opportunities (promotions, distribution, mix).
- Evaluate sales fluctuations and market dynamics to recommend actionable improvements.
- Prepare high-quality executive presentations (COMEX/management decks) using ThinkCell.
- Ensure data consistency and reliability across systems and reporting sources.
Who you are:
- 3–7 years of experience in Data Analysis, FP&A, Commercial Analytics, or CRM analytics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree n Finance, Business, Economics, or Marketing.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with BI tools (Power BI).
- Comfortable working with databases and large datasets (data extraction, validation, reconciliation).
- Strong ability to cross-check and ensure data accuracy across multiple sources.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint/ThinkCell for executive-level reporting.
- Experience in retail, gaming, betting, FMCG, or distribution-driven environments.
- Knowledge of CRM analytics, segmentation, SQL or Python.
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory, written and spoken).
Analytical & business skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Experience in sales performance analysis and forecasting.
- Ability to identify market trends, customer behavior, and revenue drivers.
- Familiarity with commercial strategy levers (promotions, segmentation).
- Understanding of financial performance drivers and P&L logic.
