Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to support customers through voice, chat, and email channels. The role is ideal for early-career professionals with strong communication skills who are eager to learn, help customers, and deliver a positive service experience. The successful candidate will handle customer queries, resolve basic issues, and ensure timely and accurate support while meeting service quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain clear and correct communication with customers using simple and professional language.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service guidelines while handling interactions.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets such as quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
  • Provide consistent customer experience by adhering to service quality standards.
  • Adapt to different customer situations and manage conversations calmly and politely.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and support overall team goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles (freshers are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to learn and follow processes.
  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort using systems/tools.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional approach.
