We are working on a wonderful new role as a Customer Support & Growth Associate for a growing UK AI business. They are a small, fast-moving team building one of the UK's leading AI tools for SMBs — and they are growing fast.
⭐ 100% remote (you'll need to have wifi and good connectivity)
⭐ R25k – R40k depending on your degree and work experience
⭐ Working with two incredible tech guys who grown and solid previous tech businesses
You'll be:
⭐ Providing customer support
⭐ Dealing with client subscriptions
⭐ Overseeing client queries and accounts
⭐ Doing research
⭐ Supporting with content
You'll need:
⭐ Degree from UCT, UWC, or CPUT
⭐ 2–4 years in customer success, inside sales, or account management — SaaS or startup experience preferred
⭐ Comfortable on the phone every day — this is a calling-first role
⭐ Hands-on experience with Pipedrive, Intercom, JustCall, and Google Workspace (or close equivalents)
⭐ Highly organised with strong follow-through and zero dropped balls
⭐ Clear, confident English — written and spoken
