Position: Client Support & Administrative Coordinator (Internet Services)

We are looking for a technically minded, self-driven individual to join our internet services business.

Work Setup

  • Work remotely from home 2 days per week and 4 days at work, Saturdays are half days
  • Must have access to a smartphone and laptop
  • Stable internet connection is highly recommended

Key Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from clients and make outbound follow-up calls
  • Handle client-related administrative tasks
  • Monitor connected clients and ensure service continuity
  • Reconnect or disconnect clients when training periods end
  • Distribute qualified leads to technicians for installations and support
  • Report any irregularities or issues that do not align with expected outcomes
  • Learn systems and processes independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain and update client records using Microsoft Excel
  • Work with QuickBooks or Sage Accounting for invoices, payments, and client account records
  • Assist with tracking client payments and account statuses
  • Update payment, reconnection, and disconnection records accurately
  • Prepare basic admin reports using Excel
  • Ensure client billing information is captured correctly and kept up to date

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and isiZulu
  • isiXhosa will be an advantage, but is not compulsory
  • A technically minded approach
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using QuickBooks or Sage Accounting
  • Basic understanding of invoices, payments, and client account administration
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to continuously learn
  • Good attention to detail
  • A responsible and reliable work attitude

Salary Structure

  • Starting salary: R5,500 per month
  • Salary increases by R1,000 each time the company grows by 60–70 new monthly paying clients
  • As we are in the internet business, growth opportunities are strong, making salary increases highly achievable
  • Performance and client retention standards must also be maintained, as the same principle applies in reverse
  • Training Stipend of 2500 will be given
