EOR in Africa is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and people-oriented professional who thrives in a multi-country environment. Someone who has a knack for developing new business Development and enjoys being the trusted point of contact for both clients and employees.
EOR in Africa is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to manage HR and administrative matters for outsourced employees across multiple African jurisdictions. This role is critical to delivering a scalable, compliant, and high-quality Employer of Record service to our international clients.
Responsibilities:
EOR Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead HR onboarding for new EOR clients in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
- Advise clients on HR procedures, employment structures, and country-specific labour compliance.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned EOR employees.
- Manage onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding in line with local labour laws.
- Handle day-to-day HR administration, including contracts, amendments, probation tracking, and terminations.
Client & Employee Relationship Management
- Serve as the liaison between clients and their EOR employees.
- Provide proactive client support, including:
- Monthly HR updates and reporting, guidance on labour law and regulatory changes
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all employment practices comply with country-specific labour laws and statutory obligations.
- Stay informed of legislative changes across multiple African jurisdictions.
HR Process & Service Delivery
- Collaborate with Business Development, Legal, and Finance to deliver a consistent EOR service.
- Implement, review, and improve HR processes and SOPs.
- Review timesheets, leave records, and overtime submissions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in HR Operations, Customer Success, or Employer of Record/Professional Services.
- Strong understanding of labour legislation (multi-country exposure is an advantage).
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Confident communicator with strong client and employee engagement skills.
- A solutions-focused mindset and strong sense of accountability.
