Who You Are
- 2+ year's experience in a Customer Support / Customer Success position
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BA or BS degree preferred.
- HR Tech experience is a plus but not necessary.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed.
- Adaptable to new initiatives
