We're hiring a Client Success Manager at Hireflow.
We book meetings for recruitment agencies across the UK.
Our clients pay us to generate pipeline — and your job is to make sure every single meeting we book actually lands, goes ahead, and delivers.
What you'll own:
→ Every booking gets assigned to the right client, with the right link, the right people invited no gaps, no confusion
→ Chasing and confirming meetings before they happen so nothing falls through
→ Post-meeting feedback loops gathering intel on how each meeting went so we can keep improving.
What we book
→ Pushing for client testimonials and case studies as results come in
→ Being the first line of contact when something goes wrong triaging, problem-solving.
→ Keeping clients happy, informed, and vocal about results
You'll be working across: Slack (or similar), WhatsApp, email, and the phone this is a high-touch role. You're talking to people every day.
What we're looking for:
Someone organised, proactive, and genuinely switched on. You don't wait to be told something's wrong you spot it first. You're comfortable on the phone, fast on messages, and you actually care about whether clients are getting results.
Recruitment industry experience is a bonus. Strong communication and a no-excuses attitude are non-negotiable.
