We’re hiring: Customer Success Executive — Arabic Desk
Tuition Highway is expanding its TH Customer Success Team, and we are looking for an entry-level Customer Success Executive to support our Arabic-speaking parent community.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, organised, and comfortable speaking with parents in both Arabic and English.
You will help parents through the full journey — from their first enquiry to demo scheduling, onboarding, class coordination, follow-ups, and ongoing support.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent Arabic and strong spoken English
- Clear written communication
- Calm and professional phone/WhatsApp manner
- Ability to follow up properly and keep parents updated
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Interest in education, tutoring, or customer support
This is an entry-level role, but we are looking for someone serious, reliable, and comfortable representing Tuition Highway with parents across the GCC and other Arabic-speaking markets.
Bachelor’s degree required. BBA, Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or Education graduates will be preferred.
