We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Success Associate to manage a high‑volume portfolio of customers, drive product adoption, and ensure customers consistently achieve measurable value from our platform.
This is a scaled Customer Success role designed for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment and enjoys working at volume without losing attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own a portfolio of 60–80 commercial accounts, driving retention and renewals
- Deliver a scalable engagement model across onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success
- Proactively monitor customer health, usage trends, and risk signals
- Lead onboarding and ensure customers achieve early value quickly
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across your book of business
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to drive growth
- Manage customer inquiries and coordinate resolution with Support & Engineering
- Maintain accurate CRM data, renewal forecasts, and account health tracking
- Contribute to the improvement of Customer Success playbooks and processes
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4–5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS customer‑facing roles
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts simultaneously
- Strong communication skills—clear, structured, and value‑driven
- Highly organized with exceptional follow‑through
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and customer health metrics
- Experience with CRM or CS tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Gainsight, or similar)
- Confident working independently in a remote‑first environment
Bonus If You Have
- Experience in scaled / tech‑touch Customer Success environments
- Exposure to IT, cybersecurity, or enterprise infrastructure
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, or Entra
