Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Success and Content Officer to join our on-site team in Harare. This role involves managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, creating and managing web content, coordinating social media marketing initiatives, and supporting the execution of content strategies. The successful candidate will also contribute to maintaining and enhancing effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Content Management
- Experience in Social Media Marketing
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and analytics, is a plus
